Rob Thompson was a partner in B L Hawkins and Associates/HTI since 2005 and helped lead it through the first 5 years of the SBA's SDB 8(a) program. In October 2009, Rob purchased the HT Innovations Business unit and spun it off from B L Hawkins and Associates. HTI became a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business and continues to provide outstanding support to its government and industry partners.

Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Department of the Navy, and Naval
Research Lab (NRL). Our national network of contacts and partners

Robert “Rob” Thompson - President and CEO
Rob is the sole owner and President of HTI. He leads the company's day-to-day operations, marketing and strategic planning. Rob joined BL Hawkins and Associates/HTI in 2005 as a partner after completing 20 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer. His
tours included the National Reconnaissance Office, Naval
Postgraduate School, Atlantic Intelligence Command and Carrier Air
Wing Three. His background in Intelligence Information Management
Systems, C4ISR systems, and Space based communications brings a
wealth of domain knowledge and experience to the company.
Ralph A. Coffee - General
Manager, South East Region
Ralph is a dedicated, professional with over 20 years of
distinguished service in the United States Air Force as a
Munitions/Weapon Maintenance Specialist. His industry experience
includes 5 years working with Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman
as a Senior Contract Proposal Analysis, Subject Matter Expert and
Logistic Equipment Specialist.
Ralph has experience in life cycle acquisition management and
depot material supply including global logistic program management
and Technical Order development using single item government
markup language in accordance with MIL-STD 38784 and
MIL-STD-87929. He currently resides in Warner Robbins, GA.
